I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have certifications in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT and Structural Family Therapy. I believe in the resilience of people and in their ability to overcome adversity, trauma and negative thought processes. I am empathetic and tend to be direct and solution focused in my approach. I have experience with addiction, mental health, co-occurring and trauma work.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
