Notice of Nondiscrimination and Availability of Language Assistance Services
CHE Behavioral Health Services ("CHE") complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws, including Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. CHE does not exclude people or treat them less favorably because of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).
CHE provides, free of charge:
- Auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate effectively with us — such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, accessible electronic formats).
- Language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English — such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

Filing a Civil Rights Grievance
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination or denied language assistance services or auxiliary aids and services, you may file a grievance with CHE's Chief Compliance Officer/Civil Rights Coordinator.
