CHE accepts Medicare and most major insurance plans for both telehealth and facility-based care. Our team verifies your benefits before your first visit. There are no membership fees or subscription costs.
How verification works
Before your first appointment, our intake team checks your coverage directly with your insurance plan. You pay only what your plan requires, such as a copay or coinsurance.

Insurance Questions
Does CHE accept Medicare?
Yes. CHE accepts Original Medicare for telehealth therapy and psychiatry, and our clinicians see Medicare patients in all ten states we serve. We also accept many Medicare Advantage plans and verify each plan before your first visit.
Does CHE accept Medicaid?
In many states, yes. CHE is in-network with Medicaid managed care plans in New York, including Fidelis Care, Healthfirst, and MetroPlus, and with Medi-Cal managed care plans in California, including Blue Shield Promise, Molina, Health Net, and L.A. Care. Medicaid participation varies by state and plan, so our team verifies your specific coverage when you schedule.
What if I don't see my insurance plan listed?
Call us at 888-515-3834. Our network changes as we add new plans, and plan names sometimes differ from the company that manages your behavioral health benefits, so we may accept your coverage even if you don't see it here. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit at no cost.
Is there a membership fee or subscription?
No. CHE is not a subscription service. You use your insurance the same way you would at any doctor's office, and you pay only what your plan requires, such as a copay.
