Overview
Mental health care should feel personal, compassionate, and accessible. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I partner with patients to understand not only their symptoms, but also their life experiences, values, and goals. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, combining evidence-based medication management with education and support to help individuals achieve greater emotional wellness and independence. I also incorporate functional and integrative approaches when appropriate, recognizing the important connection between physical health, lifestyle factors, and mental well-being. Committed to lifelong learning, I stay current on emerging research and breakthrough treatments to provide patients with the most effective and innovative care options available.
Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
