Overview

For the past 17+ years, I have provided consultation, evaluation, and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. As we all come with our unique personalities, perspectives and needs, I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet my clients’; from more traditional to the more eclectic, including use of mindfulness. My goal is to assist others in reaching their better self.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
