Overview

I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker. My experience encompasses working with a diverse group of individuals in the areas of Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, schizophrenia, Mood disorder, and substance abuse. My approach to providing therapy is interactive, empathetic, warm, and gentle. The therapeutic environment I provide is safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental. My treatment philosophy is “Meet Clients Where They Are”. I strongly believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and I am a partner sharing in their therapeutic journey. My primary goal is to help clients achieve wellness and balance in their life.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
