Overview

I am a Florida-based psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in the field of social work, 7 years as a licensed clinical social worker. During that time, I have dedicated my career to working in the field of aging, in a variety of settings across multiple levels of care, helping clients and their family members cope with and adapt to the multitude of complex challenges that come along with aging. I enjoy assisting people to normalize their experience, helping to reduce feelings such as anger, frustration, guilt, and inadequacy. I utilize a strengths-based approach to therapy because I find it very rewarding to help clients identify and recognize ways in which they are resilient, and adopt healthy strategies to improve their lives. I hold certifications as an Advanced Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Social Worker, as well as a Geriatric Scholar. I also have oncology experience, but am not APOS trained

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
