MY PHILOSOPHY AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: Mental health involves the Whole Person; Mind, Body & Soul. I apply an Integrative Wellness Approach to my work as a Doctoral Level Psychotherapist PROFESSIONAL FOCUS: My specialty is in addressing Childhood Trauma, serving especially adults abused as children and adults that grew up with family alcohol and drug abuse. Counseling methods utilize: Somatic Psychotherapy (Sensori-Motor Psychotherapy), Lifespan Integration Therapy, Guided Meditation, Mindfulness Training, & Psychoeducation. DEEP INNER CHILD WORK addresses the core of many developmental traumas, helping clients to release recurring anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms.
