Integrative Mental health involves the Whole Person; Mind, Body & Soul. I see my clients as "Whole" and I look for people's strengths, gifts, hopes and dreams as an important part of the work that we do together. I like to say, "I help people to see themselves more clearly, love themselves more dearly, and to live the life of their dreams." Whatever is getting in the way of this, is what we work to remove. Whatever is supporting this, is what we work to strengthen. With more than 39 years of experience serving people of all ages, from four to 94, I love to help people to re-discover themselves and their Joy for life. I incorporate multiple techniques and approaches to assist you on your own unique journey.
