Overview

I am a Physician Associate with a background in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. I have an additional undergraduate focus in psychology as well. I developed a passion for behavioral health as a result of experiencing the effects and turmoil of intergenerational trauma and painful life circumstances. Although not always easy, this caused me to question why we, as humans, do what we do. How do we change, and how can we heal? While change is not always easy, there is beauty in recovery and a life worth living. Every patient holds a unique and sacred story inside of them. The pain experienced in this life can be overwhelming, but with proper support, that pain can be transformed into tremendous strength and unshakeable resilience. Trauma informed, and patient centered care is my top priority. I value a holistic approach to treatment; understanding a patients story, overall health, history, and goals for the best possible treatment for each patient

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
