I approach psychotherapy as a collaborative process in which clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring difficult experiences without judgment. I believe that patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating often develop for understandable reasons, even when they eventually leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves and others. Drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients understand these patterns and develop practical ways to respond differently. My goal is to support clients in finding their voice, communicating their needs, and making choices that reflect their values and the lives they want to build.
