Overview

I have been working independently with individuals since 2004. I began my career at a local non-profit. This position allowed me to work with adults and couples with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns, family issues, and addiction. I continue this work today in my private practice. Additionally, I have several years of experience working with members of the military and their families. I also hold the credential of Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. This certification's focus is on folks with disabilities to include a specialization in traumatic brain injury. I always use an evidence-based approach when helping people problem-solve, learn coping techniques, and changing one's thinking/behaviors to identify and recognize thoughts that contribute to behaviors and feelings.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
