My name is Megan Fitzpatrick and I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience in an array of clinical positions. I have experience with many modalities of mental health including depression, anxiety, difficulties with relationships, stress related to changes, healthcare stressors, caregiver burnout, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, among many others. I believe it is important to have a trusting, open, and honest therapeutic relationship by utilizing a patient centered, goal intended, and nonjudgmental therapist style. Common therapeutic modalities you may find me using is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), grief counseling, mindfulness therapy, narrative therapy, and art therapy (if interested).
