I am a New York born therapist licensed in both New York and Florida. I have over 14 years experience in a variety of areas including community mental health clinics, case management, telehealth and forensic settings. My broad experience has helped me develop a well rounded common sense approach to therapy while incorporating time tested professional techniques. I enjoy helping people manage life transitions using a strength based approach. Once people develop resiliency and positive coping skills, everyone has the ability to manage life’s stressors with dignity and confidence. I can help provide the right tools for you to move forward to the best version of you.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
