As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my job is to provide a safe space to explore your journey to the good life. I have been supporting children, teens, adults, couples and families, from diverse backgrounds, with a variety of behavioral and mental health concerns for over 12 years. During the therapy you will discover strengths, build support system, and a better quality of life. With culturally competent support, all aspects of your culture: age, ethnicity, sexuality, spiritualty are incorporated to ensure a holistic approach. I also approach to therapy grounded in evidenced-based practices that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and positive psychology to effectively address emotional and behavioral concerns. The life we live sometimes produce emotional discomfort, anxiety, depression, and other concerns that impact our physical, mental and social wellbeing. I can support your therapeutic journey to gain awareness, clarity, and understanding. My area of expertise includes addressing an array of life challenges that include, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, career concerns, relationship challenges, co-occurring disorders as well as support people on the Autism Spectrum. I have expertise in supporting individuals/families experiencing challenges associated with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring metal health concerns.
Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
