Overview

As having 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I've worked closely with many clients dealing with personal issues such as depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, relationship struggles, and poor anger management, and believe in providing a safe space to foster open communication and exploration of thoughts and feelings. I believe in treating the whole person as mind, body, spirt are connected.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
