I am a New York based therapist with over 14 years experience. I have experience in an Outpatient Clinic setting providing in person services and using the telehealth platform. I believe in providing a safe environment (in person or tele health) and meeting a client where they are at are 2 key elements to help a person start their journey in getting the help that they need. I enjoy helping people manage their stress, deal with anxiety & depression and help them develop healthy coping skills to help improve their lives. I am looking forward to working together.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
