I believe the first step towards mental wellness is finding hope that we can recover. I meet you as one human being to another; not as your diagnosis. As a licensed mental health counselor, my approach to treatment is holistic, strength-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and person-centered. As a trained spiritual counselor, I integrate your spirituality and practices to support growth and healing. My goal is to help you help yourself toward optimal social and occupational functioning, and to thrive in spite of personal setbacks or challenges.

Sessions are available in person at partner facilities and via secure telehealth, so care fits the realities of each patient's day.
