I have 30 years experiencing providing individual, couples and family therapy. While I consider myself to be eclectic in my approach, I tend to focus upon how our interpretations of experiences influence our feelings and behavior. Through a safe environment, clients can then analyze the effectiveness of their interpretations and let go of misconceptions and erroneous beliefs they have held about themselves and their world.
